The Hearing Co extends the professional services within the established The Optical Co business to offer audiology (hearing) services for everyone.

At The Hearing Co we encourage you to get the most out of every day, be an active participant and enjoy every shared moment. Our team value your hearing and encourage customers to undertake a hearing screening early as this helps manage any hearing loss or identify changes to your hearing over time.

Hearing screening tests (free 5 minute self-hearing check) are available at select locations plus a dedicated clinic lead by our hearing care professional team in Westfield Carindale (co-located within The Optical Co).

At The Hearing Co Westfield Carindale, customers can undertake a comprehensive hearing test with our hearing clinician. Should hearing loss be identified, our team guide customers through this process and introduce available solutions including the latest in technology hearing aids, developed with your lifestyle needs in mind.

Our hearing professional care team can also guide customers on access & eligibility to the Hearing Services Program – the government initiative with eligibility criteria that can provide vouchers to go towards the cost of hearing aids.
