• Customer must present a valid health fund card.
• No gap glasses available from the $199 or $249 frame range (dependent on level of cover). Plus standard hard-coated single vision 1.5 index lenses.  
• Lens upgrades and add-ons are available at an extra cost.
• Not available in conjunction with any other discount.
• Health fund benefits are subject to your individual policy & any waiting periods; the available optical annual limits; rules of your fund; and having the level of cover appropriate for the product selected.
