META AI
Ask Meta AI to learn something new, simplify daily tasks, or translate languages on the go. Learn the history of a landmark, translate a sign, or get recipes based on what’s in your fridge.
It can also scan QR codes, or note and recall information for later.
CAMERA
Capture exactly what you see and hear with the new ultra-wide 12 MP camera and five-mic system. Take high-quality photos and immersive videos and share it all to Facebook and Instagram.

FAQs
I bought my Ray-Ban Meta Frames already - can I get prescription lenses from you?
Yes, absolutely. Simply bring them into your nearest Optical Co store with a valid prescription and we’ll get them sorted for you. This includes prescription sunglasses and transitions lenses. If you don’t have a valid prescription – you can book an appointment with one of our friendly Optometrists.
What is the manufacturer warranty policy?
You can view and download the Ray-Ban Meta manufacturer warranty policy here. Any manufacturers’ defects are covered under warranty. The Warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Product. However, if you purchase the Product from within the EU or EFTA, the Limited Warranty Period shall be two (2) years.
What do I need to use Ray-Ban Meta glasses?
To operate Ray-Ban Meta glasses you need to connect your glasses with a smart phone and the Meta AI app. Here’s the complete checklist:
– Smart phone with a recently released operating system: Android 10 and above (with location services enabled) or iOS 14.4 and above. See complete list of supported phones here
– Wireless internet access
– USB-C charging plug (if charging from a power outlet and not directly from a USB point)
– A valid Meta account
– Meta AI app (downloadable from your App store)

Facebook Assistant currently operates in English, French, Italian and Spanish. But selected voice commands are only available in English.
